Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are normally processed and shipped within four business days. Shipments within
the continental U.S. are sent via ground service delivery.

A la carte online certification exams and ebooks are delivered via email within
two business days of order.

There are no ground shipping charges for all orders within the continental U.S.
Event-Registration Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by the cutoff date set for each event; the date is listed in your registration-confirmation email. After that date, no refunds will be awarded.
- Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation.
- All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge.
- Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows.
- Reply to your registration-confirmation email to cancel or transfer your registration, or fax a cancellation notice to 866-428-9256 no later than the cutoff date.
