For rush order processing, expedited shipping, and deliveries outside of the continental U.S., additional charges apply and you must call ASA at (703) 253-2020 by noon, Eastern time, to make arrangements.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped within four business days. Shipments within the continental U.S. are sent via ground service delivery.
  • A la carte online certification exams and ebooks are delivered via email within two business days of order.
  • There are no ground shipping charges for all orders within the continental U.S.

Event-Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by the cutoff date set for each event; the date is listed in your registration-confirmation email. After that date, no refunds will be awarded.
  • Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation.
  • All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge.
  • Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows.
  • Reply to your registration-confirmation email to cancel or transfer your registration, or fax a cancellation notice to 866-428-9256 no later than the cutoff date.

Cart Charges

CSC = Card Security Code (the 3 or 4 digit code on your card); also known as CID, CVC2, CVV, and CVV2.

ASA believes your right to privacy is important. Any credit card information furnished to buy ASA products or services will be used only as necessary to process payment and will not be shared with any other party except as may be required by law.
